As a Business Analytics Specialist within PNC's Collaboration & Enablement Team you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. a. The Business Analytics Specialist will support the Collaboration & Enablement Team within the President Chief Information Office Group, a technology organization focused on strategic alignment and executive enablement b. This role is responsible for producing and enhancing recurring executive-level reporting required across multiple lines of business c. The candidate will partner closely with execution teams to gather inputs and synthesize materials into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership d. The position will incorporate leadership feedback to continuously improve, standardize, and streamline reporting deliverables e. There is an opportunity to introduce automation and process efficiencies to enhance reporting scalability and consistency PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.
Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
Assists senior consultants on gathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
Assists senior consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
