About The Position

EviCore is seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Senior Analyst to support complex analytics initiatives within Operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and driving operational efficiency. The Business Analytics team utilizes SQL (including SSMS and Oracle), Databricks, Tableau, and Power BI to develop reports and deliver insightful analysis to leadership.

Requirements

US Citizenship
2 + years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL and dashboard development
Strong commitment to thorough documentation practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with Databricks Notebooks
1+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
Experience with project management methodology and tools

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
Ensure data integrity through validation, cleansing, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals.
Lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
