Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with healthcare claims data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience analyzing large, complex data sets using a variety of tools
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and R/Python for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage analytic projects and deliver results across multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to diverse audiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting value-based care programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with data structures, transformation techniques, and data quality validation
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of reporting and data visualizations that drive performance in value-based care programs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
- Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and impact
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results
