About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our Business Analytics & Reporting team at our Boston Corporate Office. This team plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with business data, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives while learning how data is transformed into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Prior coursework or internship experience in data or analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to reporting or data tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reporting and analytics activities.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing reporting assets (dashboards, data sets, documentation).
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing analytics projects.
• Help identify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities within datasets.
• Contribute to documentation and standardization efforts across reporting processes.
