Requirements

Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex datasets.
Interested in process automation, data-driven decision-making, and workflow optimization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
High attention to detail, especially when reviewing requirements or checking proposal compliance.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with basic automation or scripting concepts is a plus.
Clear and effective communication skills for working with team members, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Learn and support the proposal development process by analyzing historical proposal data to identify compliance trends, common gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in formatting, organizing, and preparing data-driven materials required for each proposal, including requirements matrices and compliance checklists.
Support process automation initiatives by helping document workflows, testing automated tools, and maintaining structured proposal data repositories.
Schedule and coordinate meetings related to proposal development, requirements analysis, and process improvement activities.
