As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Customer Data Forensics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Tyson's Corner, VA. The position serves as a critical liaison to Enterprise Customer Data stakeholders. These include Office of the Customer, Retail and Commercial Lines of Business, Fraud, AML, Regulatory divisions, and technology teams. This role translates business needs into system and data requirements, ensuring that technology solutions support PNC’s Enterprise Complaint Program and maintain enterprise customer data quality. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, documenting functional and non functional requirements, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting the delivery of high quality, compliant business solutions.
