About The Position

As an Advisor, Business Analytics, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner who transforms complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve critical business challenges, and drive measurable outcomes through advanced analytics. This role combines deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and consultative leadership to influence decision-making, optimize performance, and enable data-driven strategies that improve organizational results. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical discipline.
Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to strategic and operational outcomes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive business results.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Experience working with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, Databricks, or similar technologies.
Proven ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed teams.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, MBA, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, health services, payer, PBM, or regulated industries.
Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, experimentation, or advanced statistical modeling.
