Sr. Business Analyst
About The Position
The BA will be expected to operate across the full delivery lifecycle, translating high-level executive ideas into business cases and detailed requirements. They will challenge and refine stakeholder asks, conduct deep business process analysis and impact assessment, and drive stakeholder alignment across executives, operations, and delivery teams. The role involves ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery to outcomes, acting as a risk identifier during delivery, and supporting multi-team coordination (up to 5+ delivery teams). The BA will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective, participate in go/no-go decisioning and executive reporting, and define post-implementation success metrics and validation plans. The BA may be aligned to one or more projects, such as Operational Transformation, AI-Driven Regression Testing Initiative, Regulatory Projects, or Multiple Smaller Initiatives.
