About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing high level business analysis, planning, and forecasting. This position will be expected to deliver actionable insight on the performance of the Balise Motor Sales business and its constituent major components, and accurately measuring, planning, and forecasting the future state of the business. The position will also play a major role in evaluating the potential impact of new initiatives. Job Description: Successfully forecast volumes for existing and new lines of business Identify business trends and shifts, and recommend data-driven responses to the Marketing and Finance organizations Proactively work with internal partners to improve accuracy and scope of planning, introducing new approaches and greater rigor Provide cost benefit analyses for new business initiatives and enhancements Conduct research on and provide insight into industry / competitive marketing trends Environmental & Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds Benefits Include: Health, dental, life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible spending accounts Paid Time-Off

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years Business Analyst experience
  • Ability to translate data analysis into business recommendations for process efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations to corporate team
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Have the ability to approach complex challenges in an organized manner
  • Be willing and able to learn new concepts and software applications quickly and thoroughly
  • Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
  • Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
