You will be responsible for ensuring that the business, operational, and technical information required for automated application provisioning is accurate, complete, validated, and delivered in a timely manner. You will guide stakeholders through the connected-system onboarding process and translate business access requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the SailPoint IdentityIQ technical team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
  • 3–5 years of business or systems analysis experience supporting software development or technology implementation projects.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, current-state and future-state analysis, process modeling, impact analysis, prioritization, and traceability.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, including entitlements, provisioning, target aggregations, attribute mapping, certification campaigns, lifecycle events, and approval workflows.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integrations, software development practices, quality assurance, and change or release management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including application onboarding, connectors, provisioning policies, workflows, attribute mapping, and certification campaigns.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow request catalogs with SailPoint provisioning processes.
  • Public-sector, regulated-environment, compliance, or large-scale ERP transformation experience, including Florida PALM.
  • Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5 of the Florida Administrative Code.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps, SmartDraw, project-resource coordination, and release management.
  • Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Project Manager, Project Management Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional, or a comparable certification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new application onboarding requests within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business, functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
  • Document current-state access processes and define future-state provisioning requirements.
  • Guide business stakeholders through the connected-system onboarding process.
  • Ensure application attributes, entitlements, ownership, approval workflows, lifecycle events, and certification requirements are clearly defined.
  • Translate business needs into provisioning policies, attribute mappings, workflows, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and manage stakeholder expectations regarding standard automation, manual approvals, and custom development.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical analysts to assess connectivity, workflow impacts, provisioning logic, and alignment with identity governance standards.
  • Identify operational, technical, audit, and compliance risks associated with new integrations and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Develop test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
  • Maintain the requirements backlog and prioritize work based on business value, compliance risk, and operational impact.
  • Support roadmap planning, change management, release management, implementation, and project documentation.
