For this role, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, with a specific focus on working with corporate customers to ideate and define generative AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with a passion for emerging technologies, particularly in the AI domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable requirements for AI implementation projects.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years working at a technology company, ideally building a software product from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to document detailed requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft services and cloud computing concepts.
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, tools, and platforms, highly desired.
  • Proven ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Ideation and Use Case Development: Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with customers to ideate on potential generative AI use cases that align with their strategic goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI implementation projects, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes and the scope of the project.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in generative AI technologies and identify opportunities for new use cases and applications.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI value creation. Document findings and create detailed project specifications.
  • Project Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including use case descriptions, functional requirements, process flows, and data requirements, to guide successful AI project implementation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales, project management, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Customers: Engage with corporate clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities where generative AI can provide value.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design Azure-based solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with AI implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve the ideation, requirements gathering, and implementation processes.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
