About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: Janitorial Services at Multiple Guilford County Locations. The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial services for multiple Guilford County locations. The buildings for which services are requested have been grouped into Groups A through E. Respondents must submit proposals by group, with pricing provided separately for each building within the applicable group. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more groups. Guilford County reserves the right to award all groups to a single Provider or to award individual groups to multiple Providers, as deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response. Solicitation Number: 70020325 (REBID #1).
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering, process review, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable development.
- Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
- Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
