About The Position

Amyx is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Defense Logistics Agency program remotely. This role involves providing support in collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. The analyst will also edit functional descriptions, system specifications, and other customer deliverables. Additionally, the position requires performing financial and administrative tasks, maintaining a current internal documentation library, and coordinating special documentation services. The ability to communicate accurate information is essential.

Requirements

DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.02, and Guidebook.
Two (2) years of experience in similar taskings.
Specialized experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
Must possess IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)

Experience working with DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.03 and Guidebook.

Responsibilities

Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.
Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods.
Maintains a current internal documentation library.
Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.
