About The Position
This role requires a Business Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing workflow systems, developing functional specifications, and utilizing structured design tools. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of PROJECT and proficiency in MS-Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, Visio). Experience in writing functional report specifications and working with government human service agencies is essential. Familiarity with Jira is also required.
