About The Position

KēSTA I.T. is actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements while supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, reporting initiatives, testing activities, and end-user adoption. The ideal candidate has experience working with Salesforce-based applications, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience supporting applications built on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing methodologies.
  • Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement experience.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience preparing functional and technical documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data management and reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting local, state, or federal government projects.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Nice CXone or other contact center platforms.
  • Experience with business process reengineering and organizational process improvement.

  • Strong training, facilitation, and technical assistance skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize business and user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Develop and maintain business process maps, workflows, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and prioritize user requests, support tickets, and system enhancement requests.
  • Maintain communication channels and provide updates regarding system changes, enhancements, timelines, and business process improvements.
  • Create solution recommendations, including risk assessments, cost-benefit analysis, ROI evaluations, and buy-versus-build recommendations.
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications for reporting, data warehousing, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Support reporting solutions and end-user reporting tools while collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective data solutions.
  • Assist with developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and related project documentation.
  • Develop user documentation, job aids, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including test planning, execution, issue identification, and validation.
  • Monitor system performance, business processes, and program data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide training, technical assistance, webinars, and end-user support as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with established project management and governance standards.
