About The Position

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team near Glens Falls, NY. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include: Work with the applicable business unit to identify, recommend and implement areas of improvement for automated workflow and procedures Report project and status updates to management Work with vendors on performance issues, support tickets, enhancements and upcoming releases Review and analyze existing technology to determine needs and make suggestions where needed Identify training opportunities within business units to ensure proficient use of systems Evaluate and ensure systems utilization is as designed Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience, or extended work experience in lieu of education
• Experience in banking or financial institutions required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of banking functions/business units
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual
• Detail oriented and deadline driven
