About The Position

Perspective Consulting Group is seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Business Analyst to support clients and internal teams in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing practical recommendations for improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyze data and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help translate findings into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, analytics, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and KPI development.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Review existing business processes, workflows, and operating systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, process maps, and business documentation.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved business processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable outcomes.
  • Work with consultants and client leadership to develop practical solutions.
  • Support project planning, implementation, testing, and change-management activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives and client success.
