Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Liberal Arts, STEM or related field, with demonstrated interest or coursework in data analytics, information systems, coding, or digital tools, with graduation by August 31, 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation.
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements).
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to document current processes, identify pain points, and define future-state workflows.
  • Analyze data sets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to test, validate, and implement solutions.
  • Assist in developing dashboards, metrics, and reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
