About The Position

The Business Analyst for Service Delivery plays a critical role in supporting AVH's managed service offerings. This role serves as a key partner for Customer Success Managers and operational leaders by delivering data-driven insights, supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate tracking of service performance. By blending analytics, financial coordination, and operational support, the Analyst will ensure the service delivery model is efficient, transparent, and scalable across all partner organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor service performance, trends, and key metrics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support customer success and operational improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting with performance summaries, trends, and recommendations.
  • Support standardized reporting and analytics across customers and partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive optimization.
  • Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and overall service delivery effectiveness.
  • Support customer onboarding, metrics, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable coordination, and support financial operations and analysis.
  • Assist with procurement and cost, margin, and pricing evaluations.
  • Track software licensing and maintain contract documentation, renewals, and compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Develop scalable tools, templates, and processes while partnering across teams for alignment.
  • Independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, and support leadership initiatives.
