Requirements

3+ years of experience operating Azure Developer Server (ADS) and Jira
Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices
Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
Ability to solve problems involving intermediate analytical and quantitative situations
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 12+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with leaders, development team, and end users
SAFe Agile Product Management or ICAgile Product Management Certification

Responsibilities

Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment.
Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories.
Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams.
Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
