About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are well defined, solutions meet business needs, and projects deliver measurable value. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories or technical specifications, and create acceptance criteria. As well as support delivery teams through testing, validation, and change management.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in IT, product development, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog grooming.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Exposure to insurance, healthcare, or financial services industries preferred.
  • Experience working on the Salesforce platform; with an understanding of objects and relationships, reports and dashboards, workflow automation, and data management
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical solutions, by creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure requirements are met.
  • Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing processes and recommending enhancements.
  • Document workflows, use cases, and functional designs for long-term reference.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of new systems and features.
