Responsibilities

  • Work with Business teams (Individual, Group) to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for the NICE CXOne platform implementation, ensure formal business approval and sign-off.
  • Work with business, architecture, Telephony, external Application teams to identify and define integration requirements, specifically AINext and Service Desktop, Salesforce. Prior knowledge or experience of working with AINext would be an advantage.
  • Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities beyond the existing contact center platform, assess business value, define scope, prioritize enhancements, and evaluate platform fit and functionality.
  • Work with Architecture team to ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles and with other existing applications and platforms.
  • Help Development team understand the requirements, work with testing team/business team to identify the right testing needs for SIT/UAT and ensuring successful validation of implemented functionality in various phases.
