About The Position

Turing is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Business Analyst to help fine-tune and improve large language models. The role involves reading, summarizing, and breaking down content into logical blocks; researching online and validating claims; and answering analytical questions and creating scenarios that help train LLMs. The work focuses on analytical reasoning, research, and providing correct answers with explanations and detailed feedback. No prior specialized domain experience is required. This is a remote contractor assignment requiring a 40-hour-per-week commitment for the contract duration, with 2–5 hours per day overlapping UTC-8:00 (America/Los_Angeles). Candidates need a desktop or laptop and a reliable internet connection. Contract extension may be possible depending on performance and project needs.

Requirements

Mandatory English and Vietnamese multilingual capabilities.
Good research and analytical skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration, with some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2–5 hours per day).
Desktop or laptop setup with a good internet connection.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field; candidates without a bachelor's degree may be considered if they have relevant experience.
Professional writing experience, such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
