About The Position

Seeking a highly curious, hands-on Business Analyst to support digital and operational initiatives within our construction business. This is not a traditional “requirements-only” BA role. We’re looking for someone who can dig into data, understand how construction work actually gets done, and actively partner with the business to solve problems end-to-end. You’ll work closely with construction teams and business leaders to improve data capture, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll contribute to key initiatives such as enhancing internal applications, focused on workforce management and project tracking), and transforming spreadsheet-heavy, manual processes into scalable solutions. You’ll operate in an environment where problems aren’t always clearly defined, requiring you to ask thoughtful questions, explore data, and help shape the right path forward. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, is comfortable working directly in tools like Excel, and has a genuine curiosity about construction processes and workflows. Whether you come from a construction, project coordination, or analyst background, you should be someone who prefers to figure things out hands-on rather than simply document requirements and pass them along.
