About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in information system implementation projects and process mapping. The ideal candidate will be adept at documenting customer requirements, business processes, and identifying capability gaps. Specific experience in healthcare settings, including multi-hospital implementations and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) applications, is crucial. The role also demands strong organizational change management skills and relevant certifications.

Requirements

10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
Experience documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
3 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
3 years’ experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.
3 years’ experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation.
Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification.
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
Valid Certified Scrum Master CSM.
