As a Business Analyst you will lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization and concept development through feature definition and documentation, supporting development and deployment efforts. You will provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. This role may also provide expertise in change management and training support, as well as organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
