About The Position

ITS serves all DSS program areas to fulfill their IT needs. To meet the business needs and ITS' workload, ITS is seeking qualified candidates in the areas of Database design, architecture, and development, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of various systems that ITS supports across DSS program areas.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with the following skill sets:
  • Business Analysis tools such as: JIRA, Balsamic & MS Visio
  • Working and coordinating with the technical teams in understanding the requirements
  • Overseeing project deliverables
  • Analyzing and remediation of infrastructure security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business and technical requirements for projects.
  • Work with the stakeholders to analyze requirements
  • Administer user access to Security software
  • Install security client software on desktop
  • Support and maintain Q-Flow and the SAS, application, infrastructure and user access
  • Creation of new users in Q-Flow, SAS and their group membership and responsibilities.
  • Add users and install desktop software for users of the SAS system.
  • Resolve Q-Flow hardware and software issues such malfunctioning scanners, printers and information page device manager PCs.
  • Assist in the development of user stories and break down requirements into deliverable applicable software changes with the application owner as an SME.
  • Work with vendors to resolve any supported hardware issues that arise.
  • Support and maintain infrastructure and software
  • Monitor system peripherals making sure all are online.
  • Work with vendor to resolve any software or hardware issues
  • Modify any pre-recorded announcements timing or verbiage
  • Assign ad-hoc phone numbers to assigned speaker groups
  • Support Server and Desktop security software
  • Monitor server infrastructure for security vulnerabilities using the Trellix and Crowdstrike consoles. Resolve any security update issues from the weekly cyber rogue report on desktops
