About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst. Position type: Full time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives supporting Global Compliance, Operational Risk, and Trade Surveillance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within Financial Services, with preference for Risk, Compliance, or Surveillance functions
• Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery teams, including PI planning and governance forums
• Demonstrated experience with executive level stakeholder engagement and governance reporting
• Strong project and portfolio management expertise, including planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or surveillance processes strongly preferred
• Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives supporting Global Compliance, Operational Risk, and Trade Surveillance.
• Supporting Agile delivery teams, including PI planning and governance forums.
• Engaging with executive-level stakeholders and providing governance reporting.
• Managing projects and portfolios, including planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting.
