About The Position

This role focuses on applying business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use-case development, and documentation of requirements and solutions. The analyst will be involved in workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders, and effective meeting facilitation is expected. The role also includes performing end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and managing project dependencies. A willingness to mentor junior associates is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use?case development, requirements and solution documentation.
• Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners.
• Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, MIRO, and concepts like story writing and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coach and guide less-tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
