About The Position

The Business Analyst role focuses on leveraging expertise in business requirements methodologies to analyze current and future states, develop use cases, and document requirements and solutions. The position involves workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization, requiring strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. The analyst will also perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing, manage project dependencies, and mentor junior associates. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MIRO, and concepts such as story writing and backlog management is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work management tools like Jira.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use-case development, requirements and solution documentation.
  • Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners.
  • Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates.
  • Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
  • Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to coach and guide less-tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
