About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in leveraging Salesforce to meet our business objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with business units to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and working with developers to implement effective Salesforce solutions. You will act as a crucial link between our IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include performing gap analyses, identifying opportunities for process optimization within Salesforce, and supporting the configuration and testing of various Salesforce features. Additionally, you will assist in managing Salesforce projects, developing comprehensive documentation, conducting user training, and staying current with Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Must have experience with either Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst.
At least 2 years working with Salesforce.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe).
Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce.
Managing large case management systems.
Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
Business Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
