About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is based in RTP, NC, and operates on a hybrid work model. The primary focus will be on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to reporting and analytics within Oracle Fusion Applications. You will collaborate with both functional and technical teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, create and maintain various Oracle reporting artifacts, and support data extraction, validation, and testing activities. Additionally, you will monitor scheduled jobs, support integration efforts, and contribute to the creation of business process documents and training materials. Driving UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production support are also key aspects of this role. We encourage leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting efficiency and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting and analytics.
Work with functional and technical teams to develop reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion.
Create and maintain BI Publisher BIP Reports, BICC Extracts, and analytical dashboards.
Analyze business processes and translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
Coordinate with Oracle Fusion functional teams across SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM modules.
Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and report testing activities.
Monitor scheduled jobs and report executions using ControlM and Oracle scheduling tools.
Collaborate with integration teams to support OIC based data movement and reporting requirements.
Prepare business process documents, functional specifications, and user training materials.
Drive UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency, documentation, and data analysis.
