Business Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise application that enables project financial management, planning, resource management, and project tracking across multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Business Analyst looking for both stability and career growth. You'll join a long-term 12-month engagement supporting a high-visibility enterprise platform used across multiple business units. Beyond traditional requirements gathering, you'll have the opportunity to influence enhancement priorities, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the product roadmap while gaining valuable enterprise-scale experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
- Experience creating BRDs and functional documentation
- Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple business groups
- Understanding of project financial management and planning processes
- Experience supporting enterprise applications with a large user base
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting internally developed business applications
- Backlog management and enhancement prioritization experience
- Experience with project planning, resource management, or financial tracking systems
- Financial services industry experience
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
- Manage and prioritize enhancement requests and backlog items
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver application improvements
- Support roadmap planning and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Conduct impact analysis and recommend solutions to meet business needs
