About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: Sanford NC – Jackson Heights CDBG-NR - 21-C-4032. This role involves supporting requirements gathering, process review, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable development for the construction of City of Sanford Jackson Heights CDBG-NR. The project requires furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment as detailed on the contract documents.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, process review, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable development.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
