As an on-site Business Functional Analyst, you will be an integral part of the client's daily operations, supporting the deployment and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps Task Management Tool (TMT). You will operate within a complex environment, working closely with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical teams to deliver, update, and expand TMT capabilities. Often, you will be the primary on-site representative, collaborating with senior leadership, end users, and technical staff, while receiving support from Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development, and project management.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, user adoption, and change management.
  • Experience delivering user training (classroom and desk-side) and updating training/configuration materials.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing deployments of the Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Collaborate with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical/supporting teams.
  • Deliver, update, and expand TMT functionality.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, partnering with senior leadership, end users, and technical staff.
  • Drive process improvement, user adoption, and change management.
  • Deliver user training (classroom and desk-side).
  • Update training and configuration materials.
