About The Position

This role focuses on providing business analysis and requirements support for various projects. Key responsibilities include gathering information, documenting processes and requirements, supporting testing and validation, and assisting with training and implementation. The position also involves other duties as assigned to meet program objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research.
Translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions.
Help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Draft and maintain current-state/future-state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.
Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.
Contribute to end-user training materials and “train-the-trainer” sessions.
Observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.
