About The Position

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions while helping deliver innovative experiences across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping enterprise clients bring their digital vision to life. You'll work closely with stakeholders, architects, designers, developers, QA teams, and product leaders to gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily collaboration, help guide projects from discovery through implementation and testing, validate solutions and ensure business goals are achieved, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they become roadblocks, and support enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives. You'll gain exposure to leading customer experience and marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Cloud, Enterprise CMS and Digital Asset Management platforms, and Modern Agile toolsets including Jira and Confluence. You enjoy translating ambiguity into clarity. You can confidently communicate with both business and technical stakeholders. You understand how to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys partnering with others to solve problems and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Consulting, or related experience
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong skills with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • The ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
