About The Position
We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead Developer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions within the commerce domain, utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a strong technical background and leadership capabilities to guide a team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant digital experiences.
Requirements
- 11+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
- 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE.
- Experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR.
- Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Cloud Manager.
Nice To Haves
- Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification in AEM Cloud.
- Experience with Vue JS.
- Experience with Headless CMS architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in the commerce domain.
- Ensure the development of scalable and maintainable AEM solutions.
- Optimize digital experiences for performance.
- Oversee successful cloud deployments and release management.
- Implement and enforce technical governance and development best practices.
- Provide team mentoring and technical leadership.
