The Business Analyst Consultant will support Enterprise Analytics delivery across recurring reporting, analytics products, stakeholder requests, and governance workstreams. The role provides hands-on business analysis, coordination, and reporting support, maintaining delivery continuity and helping move requests from intake through delivery. The consultant gathers and documents business requirements for reporting, metrics, dashboards, and process improvements; coordinates stakeholder requests, enhancement intake, validation, and delivery follow-up; and supports recurring and ad hoc leadership reporting. The role also coordinates reporting cycles, including data and narrative inputs, quality checks, and delivery readiness, and supports portfolio reporting, analytics requests, documentation, and operational improvements. The position involves defining business and systems scope and objectives based on user needs and applicable industry requirements; devising or modifying procedures to address complex problems while accounting for business and system limitations; and analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into business or systems requirements. The consultant works at a high technical level across most phases of business and systems analysis, considers the business implications of technology, and guides less-experienced Business Analysts. The role coordinates with business stakeholders, analytics team members, product partners, and technical contributors. It also supports change management, communications, and adoption activities for new or updated analytics products and processes.
