About The Position
In this role, you'll support the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance how we support and serve our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, you'll help define requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements

- A post-secondary degree in Commerce, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, or a related role.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, customer-facing applications, or telecommunications technologies is considered an asset.
- Experience with software testing and user acceptance testing is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Mapping and improving business processes and workflows.
- Collaborating with key partners, project teams, and vendors to support technology initiatives.
- Supporting Agile delivery teams through requirements refinement, planning, and solution design.
- Developing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
- Supporting solution implementation, adoption, and ongoing continuous improvement.
