About The Position

Responsible for leading business process discovery and requirements definition to support post-acquisition ERP and WMS migrations. Acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clean transition off TSAs and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution
• Document current-state and future-state processes, including TSA-dependent workflows
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guidance
• Support ERP/WMS testing, data migration validation, and cutover activities
