As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will gather, interpret, and present data insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and support system and process improvements to help achieve business objectives. This role plays a key part in connecting data, systems, and teams to drive informed decision-making. This position is on-site at our Coon Rapids location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong emphasis on Power BI
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable

Nice To Haves

• Experience with operations excellence or continuous improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and performance
• Utilize data to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments
• Maintain and enhance CRM and ERP systems, including pricing updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, requirements gathering, and system implementations
