About The Position

The role bridges customer and Wipro delivery teams, translating customer requirements into clear specifications and helping ensure appropriate solutions are proposed and delivered. The position works with client engagement partners and internal project managers, presales teams, technical leads, architects, QA, and delivery teams to shape RFP/RFI responses, validate solutions, and support project execution. It also contributes domain expertise and reusable knowledge to Wipro’s consulting community.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze customer requirements, including scope, functional and non-functional requirements, features, and unstated needs.
Create scope documents, workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications based on research and analysis of customer requirements.
Coordinate with client engagement partners and internal teams to develop timely, accurate RFP/RFI responses and proposed solutions.
Communicate the financial and operational impact of changes and seek customer clarification and feedback on proposed solutions.
Present and demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes to customers, maintain customer relationships, and gather feedback to improve value.
Share customer feedback with delivery teams and review test cases for coverage of customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis of proposed solutions, demos, or prototypes before they are shared with customers.
Facilitate change requests and provide timely input to QA and delivery teams, including support for periodic testing.
Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations or testing to validate implemented solutions.
Use data modelling practices to analyze findings and design improvements and changes.
Review system capabilities and business specifications to support utilization and assemble complete RFP/RFI responses for customer presentation.
Support project managers and delivery teams by defining project milestones, phases, and project elements with the principal consultant.
Challenge delivery-team assumptions about execution plans and help ensure customer satisfaction through timely, quality deliverables.
Share expertise with other business analysts and build domain knowledge across the vertical.
Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view for the consulting community.
Identify use cases for other projects or accounts that can support business enhancements at Wipro.
Conduct market research and provide current content and inputs to projects.
