About The Position

This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise applications and API-driven solutions. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and project management throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key responsibilities include developing User Stories, Features, and managing Scrum and Jira Boards. A strong understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML payloads, and data mapping is essential to support system integration initiatives. The role also involves coordinating and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case reviews, defect triage, and sign-off management. The analyst will analyze defects, ensure requirements traceability, and collaborate with development and QA teams for timely resolution. Additionally, the role requires preparing business process documentation, training materials, release notes, and supporting change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise applications and API-driven solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and project management throughout the SDLC.
• Develop detailed User Stories, Features, Manager Scrum and JIRA Boards.
• Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities by validating end-to-end business processes, interfaces, and data flows.
• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case reviews, defect triage, stakeholder communication, and sign-off management.
• Analyze defects, perform requirements traceability, and work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare business process documentation, training materials, release notes, and support change management activities.
