About The Position

The Business Analyst – Global Trade supports Uline’s international operations by analyzing data, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, and helping streamline international processes. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, address business challenges, and respond to evolving trade regulations. It contributes to modernization projects, process improvements, and the effective use of the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to support high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
• Translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
