Requirements

• 8-12 years as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital product environments
• Expertise in SDLC processes and UAT execution
• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in release management and post-production support
• Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies
• Exposure to digital product optimization strategies

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Oversee and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases and enhancements
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on project deliverables
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize product performance
• Document and maintain clear, detailed records of business processes, requirements, and outcomes
