Business Analyst
About The Position
As an on‑site Business Functional Analyst, you’ll be embedded daily at the client site to support new and existing deployments of our Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps Task Management Tool (TMT). You’ll navigate a complex environment, collaborating with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical/supporting teams to deliver, update, and expand TMT functionality. In many cases, you will serve as the primary on‑site point of contact—partnering closely with senior leadership, end users, and technical staff—while being supported by experienced Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development, and project management.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proven ability to drive process improvement, user adoption, and change management
- Experience delivering user training (classroom and desk‑side) and updating training/configuration materials
- US Citizenship
- Secret clearance
