About The Position

The Business Analyst actively advocates the design and optimization of technology solutions and processes aimed at advancing technical and business capabilities. The role accomplishes this mission by driving clarity and promoting sound decision-making via collaboration between Finance, other corporate and clinical service areas. This person must be self-motivated, but also work well in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate with all levels of management and team members.
  • Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products and effectively communicate the information to management and staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment under minimal supervision.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in Finance/Accounting or in Information Technology, supporting the business.

Responsibilities

  • Special projects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and test report results as necessary.
  • Develops training materials and trains end users to operate new or modified programs or processes.
  • Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
  • Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, create detailed business analysis reports and outline business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Leads and participates in discussions to analyze, challenge and improve business processes within the department.
