Duties Include: • Providing general administrative support to HDS policy team. • Organizing and maintaining staff documents, policy review schedules, file, and folders. • Supporting the development of office SOPs, guides, and other materials in accordance with applicable policies. • Routing customer inquiries and questions regarding policies. • Preparing routine correspondence and distributing materials to relevant audiences. • Assisting in preparing policy program-related reports and briefings. • Proofreading policies and related communications materials
