Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future).

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience with ERPs.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or performing Business Analyst responsibilities.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, or process optimization.
  • Experience in steel or metal related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP and other related software.
  • Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of software
  • Support applications that integrate with Microsoft D365 or other software used at NBG.
  • Analyze business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions
  • Optimize system performance.
  • Use in-depth functional knowledge business processes to maximize automation and process effectiveness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead discussions between business and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Perform quality assurance, data governance activities, and manage process change requests.
  • Manage end-to-end projects.
  • Oversee the scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment of projects from start to finish.
  • Provide expert guidance.
  • Offer best practices and solution alternatives in functional design documents.
  • demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
