Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future).

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of experience with ERPs.
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or performing Business Analyst responsibilities.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, or process optimization.
Experience in steel or metal related industry.

Responsibilities

Support ERP and other related software.
Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of software
Support applications that integrate with Microsoft D365 or other software used at NBG.
Analyze business needs.
Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions
Optimize system performance.
Use in-depth functional knowledge business processes to maximize automation and process effectiveness.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Lead discussions between business and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Ensure data accuracy and quality.
Perform quality assurance, data governance activities, and manage process change requests.
Manage end-to-end projects.
Oversee the scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment of projects from start to finish.
Provide expert guidance.
Offer best practices and solution alternatives in functional design documents.
demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
